About Where's the Time
Where's the Time was built to solve one small, constant annoyance: knowing what time it actually is somewhere else, right now, without doing the math yourself.
Whether you're coordinating a call across time zones, checking in on family in another country, tracking a shipment, or just tired of Googling "what time is it in Tokyo," this page is meant to answer that in a glance — up to four time zones at once, with a stopwatch, a countdown timer, and a UTC converter built in alongside it.
What we believe in
- No sign-up, ever. You shouldn't need an account to check a clock.
- No cost. The tool is free to use, and supported by advertising rather than a paywall.
- Your settings stay yours. Whatever cities and preferences you choose are saved locally in your own browser — not on a server, not tied to an account.
Who's behind it
Where's the Time is independently built and maintained. It started as a simple personal tool and has grown a bit since, but the goal hasn't changed: something genuinely useful, that respects your time and your privacy.
